Talent Attraction and Employer Branding



  • Assist on the development and implementation of the regional talent acquisition and employer branding strategyEnsure execution of a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment and selection cycle touch-pointsAct as a brand ambassador for the airline, developing and promoting the regional employee value proposition that inspire candidates to apply for positions and accept offered opportunitiesProactively build relationships with relevant stakeholders that strengthen Cathay’s employer branding in the region to attract the best talentDevise and execute the plan to actively manage talent pools that create a talent pipeline of candidates for role (for example, alumni, university or school engagements, and internships)Assist Manager in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing, recruiting, promotion, transfer, on-boarding and off-boardingWork closely with Manager to leverage recruitment channels and improve sourcing effectiveness
